Metix AI is the customer-facing recruiting product and brand operated by OpenJobs AI Inc. The business rebranded to Metix AI in 2026; the legal entity remains OpenJobs AI Inc., a Delaware corporation, and the team, product, login, and API stayed the same. The Metix AI name comes from Metis, the Greek idea of practical intelligence. Metix AI is not the same company as openjobs.ai.

On the self-serve plans, no Metix AI staff member reviews the shortlist. Delivery service is a separately quoted search in which someone on the Metix AI team runs the role from day one. The five-case reply rate is 7.8%, and 84.9% of those replies expressed interest. The chain stops at a confirmed interview. Metix AI does not publish hire rates or start rates because it does not hold those outcomes. Named teams on the homepage are public customers; they are not the five measured accounts.

Metix AI is not an employer of record. Where you have an entity, you employ the person directly and own the relationship. Where you do not, the Deel partnership connects an accepted offer to employment and payroll in 130+ countries, and under an employer-of-record arrangement the EOR provider is the legal employer in that country while the working relationship stays with you.
Starter, Growth, Professional, and Scale include 5,000, 10,500, 16,000, and 27,000 Credits per month respectively, plus 1, 2, 3, and 5 AI Agents. Outside an AI Agent workflow, a contact unlock costs 10 Credits and a Deep Search list costs 100 Credits; an additional AI Agent costs 3,000 Credits. Once an Agent is active, its workflow activity uses 0 Credits.
