Does a real person review candidates, or is Metix fully automated?

You do the human parts that stay with the employer: the brief, outreach approval, the interviews, and the hire. Mira runs sourcing, outreach after you approve it, screening for interest, and booking. On the plans, a Metix person is not a last confirmation on the shortlist. Delivery service is separate: someone on our side runs the search from day one. You still set the brief and decide who you meet. It is quoted on a demo, not included in the listed plans.
