These rules explain how the Metix AI Refer & Earn program works, what rewards are available, and when rewards expire.

Program Rules

Who can participate?

All registered Metix AI users, including users on the free plan.

What counts as a successful referral?

When someone you invite signs up for an account using your unique link, it counts as one successful referral.

When are rewards delivered?

Immediately after the new account is created. No waiting, no manual approval.

How long do rewards last?

Milestone 1 - first invite	1 month from issue
Milestone 2 - 3 invites	1 month from issue
Milestone 3 - 5 invites	14 days from issue
Bonus your friend receives at signup	14 days from signup

What do I earn?

Milestone	You earn
Invite your 1st person	+1 Role / +3 Credits
Invite your 3rd person	+3 Roles / +12 Credits
Invite your 5th person	+6 Roles / +30 Credits (14 days)

Your friend receives an extra +1 Role and +3 Credits when they sign up, valid for 14 days.

What makes a referral invalid?

Inviting yourself, including using your own link to sign up
The same person registering multiple times
Mass-distributing your link via spam, automated tools, or unsolicited messages
Misrepresenting Metix AI's features or rewards

If we detect referrals that violate these rules, rewards may be revoked and the account may lose eligibility for the program.

Where do I find my invite link?

Once you're signed in, open the Refer & Earn page from your sidebar or visit www.metix.ai/hire/referral to copy your unique link in one click.

My friend signed up using my link but I didn't get a notification.

Please check that your friend used your unique invite link and registered a brand-new account that has never existed on Metix AI before. If both are true and you still didn't get a notification, please reach out to support.

When do my rewards expire?

You can see the exact expiry date of every reward on the Refer & Earn page. We'll also send you an in-app and email reminder 48 hours before any reward expires.

What happens if my Credits expire before I use them?

Unused Credits and Roles are cleared at expiry. They can't be carried over or transferred, so we recommend using them before they lapse.

How are referral Roles & Credits different from my plan's?

Functionally identical. The only difference is validity: your plan quota resets every billing cycle, while referral rewards have their own clock. When you take an action, referral balance is consumed first.

Yes, as long as you describe Metix AI accurately and don't exaggerate features or rewards. Mass distribution via bots, fake accounts, or paid promotion is not allowed.
