What starts when you define the role
The clock starts when the role is defined, not when a candidate says yes, and not when someone walks into a room. You write the brief. You confirm the structured version. That distinction is the whole page. A meeting that day would be a bigger promise than the data makes. A hire in 24 hours is not a claim we make. The customer evidence stops at the confirmed interview. Five anonymized production accounts, data through 12 August 2026, show 22,062 unique people contacted at a 7.8% reply rate. Booking was live on the largest account, which logged all 28 confirmed interviews. Metix AI does not publish a hire rate. Those counts and the 24-hour slot measure different things, so do not stack them into a single speed headline.

What we could verify is ranked, consent-ready profiles you unlock with INR credits, not a hold on your calendar after outreach you approved. Metix AI books the slot. Hire22 delivers the match. Those clocks are not interchangeable, even when both say a day.
Versus Leelu. leelu.ai says from job post to scheduled interviews, fully automated, in under a day, and marks step 4 at 12 to 24 hours with interviews automatically booked. We could not open a public price. We could not open a hit-rate. Treat the clock as a vendor claim and the dollars as quote-only until a page renders both.
Versus Picked. Three finalists in 48 hours is a shortlist clock on inbound. The median they show, 31 hours 12 minutes, is time-to-shortlist. You still book. $0.99 is the vet, not the meeting. If your problem is a flood of applicants, that clock is the relevant one. If your problem is that nobody has applied, it is not.

When a one-day booking clock is the wrong product
A confirmed slot in 24 hours is useful when the role is defined, the hiring manager can take a meeting later in the week, and the missing piece is getting someone on the calendar. It is the wrong product when the search is confidential or executive, when you need a database rather than a booking, when you need an ATS, or when you already have more inbound than you can screen.
