The recruiter role is one of the few white-collar jobs that has not yet been seriously rewritten in the AI era. We are building the next version of this industry.
Metix AI (formerly OpenJobs AI) is building an end-to-end autonomous AI recruiter for global markets outside mainland China. Metix AI coordinates four agents and delivers qualified interviews, not just software features.
B2B decision-making is moving from brands to people. When everyone is posting about AI companies, what makes US HR teams, recruiters, and founders stop is not more ads. It is a person with a real point of view. This role is about becoming that person.
What you'll do
Write 8 to 12 English pieces per month across X long posts, LinkedIn long posts, and blogs that US HR, TA, and founders actually want to read, share, and save.
Own 1 to 2 overseas social channels from topic selection, writing, publishing, engagement, and review. Within the first 6 months, make at least one channel feel like it has real industry readers.
Participate in communities like a real person. Build trust in Reddit communities such as r/recruiting, r/recruitinghell, and r/SaaS, plus relevant Discord communities.
Support KOL collaborations from creator discovery to material preparation and performance review.
Use AIGC tools for scale, but never let the output read like AI. That is the baseline.
Read your own data. Review performance, retention, and conversion for each piece, then decide what to do next.
Who you are
Excellent English writing. Send us your account, portfolio, Substack, or examples. This is the most important requirement.
1 to 3 years of overseas content marketing, social media, or English writing experience, or real content assets that prove your ability.
Fast, experimental, and comfortable with volume. If writing three different angles in a week sounds painful, this role will be hard.
Genuinely curious about AI, recruiting, and the future of work. You understand what overseas tech circles are talking about.
You can carry responsibility. In an early team, every post you write may be the company's first impression.
Bonus points
Content experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B.
Hands-on SEO or programmatic content growth experience.
You have operated an X, LinkedIn, Substack, or independent blog with real readers.
One or more years of overseas study or work experience.
This may not be for you if
You need a detailed brief before you can write.
You cannot write without templates.
You treat English writing as Chinese-to-English translation.
You think content marketing is scheduling posts and counting likes.
What to include when applying
Links to English content you have written: account, blog, Substack, or anything readable.
One recent B2B company content piece that impressed you, and why it worked, in no more than three sentences.
