Role Mission
As an early core member responsible for capital strategy and strategic partnerships, you will work closely with the founding, technical, finance, and legal teams to establish the company's global capital strategy, investor-relations system, and partnership pipeline.
You will translate causal world models, Physical AI, and robotics technologies into a clear, credible, and verifiable investment narrative while advancing fundraising, due diligence, and long-term institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the founding team to define and execute the next-stage fundraising strategy, including objectives, timing, use of proceeds, target institutions, and the execution plan.
- Develop a deep understanding of the technology roadmap, product milestones, and commercialization path, translating complex technology into an accessible and verifiable investor narrative.
- Lead or contribute substantially to fundraising decks, financial models, the data room, investor FAQs, due-diligence materials, and investor updates.
- Build and manage a global investor map and CRM across US venture and growth funds, strategic investors, family offices, and Middle Eastern sovereign and AI-focused capital.
- Drive investor introductions, meeting preparation, follow-up, feedback synthesis, due-diligence coordination, and transaction progress management.
- Identify and advance strategic partnerships or commercial pilots related to robotic platforms, data, compute, AI infrastructure, industry use cases, and international markets.
Key Qualifications
- Fluent English with the ability to conduct complex fundraising communications, institutional meetings, written materials, and due-diligence coordination.
- A strong understanding of the US private technology fundraising process and the investment rationale and decision mechanisms of leading US dollar-denominated funds.
- Core experience in company-side fundraising, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, Private Capital Markets, technology investing, or strategic transactions.
- At least one or two representative fundraising or transaction cases, with clear ownership across the process.
- The ability to understand the technical and commercial logic of AI, robotics, or deep technology and translate it into an accurate and persuasive capital narrative.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage environment amid incomplete information, evolving responsibilities, and cross-time-zone collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience completing private fundraising or strategic transactions at an AI, robotics, Physical AI, autonomous-driving, semiconductor, compute, or other deep-technology company.
- Established relationships with leading US venture or growth funds, strategic investors, or Middle Eastern sovereign and AI-focused capital.
- Cross-functional experience in roles such as Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, Corporate Development, Capital Strategy, or Strategic Finance.
- Knowledge of world models, VLA, robotic foundation models, causal inference, or frontier-research commercialization.
