# What's the difference between the plans and Delivery service?

The plans are self-serve Metix AI. You approve outreach. Mira sources, screens for interest, and books. You pay in credits for interview-ready candidates. Scale includes a dedicated success lead to help you run the product. That is not Delivery service. Delivery service is a separate search we run for you. Someone on our side works the role from day one. It is not in the four prices on /pricing. We quote it on a demo. That conversation also covers more subscription and Scale.
