## About the role

## What you'll do

- Execute events end to end: venue coordination, materials, setup, check-in, and on-site support for San Francisco meetups, conferences, and side events.
- Research and evaluate events and communities where our target audience, including HR, TA, and founders, actually spend time.
- Represent Metix AI on site, talk with attendees, collect leads and follow-up information, and feed that back into the GTM process.
- Turn event moments into content and follow-up assets, including photos, key notes, recaps, and outreach support.

## Who you are

- Based in San Francisco and able to attend in-person events on weekdays or weekends as needed.
- Current undergraduate or graduate student. Major does not matter.
- Detail-oriented and execution-minded. You notice missing pieces before others do.
- Comfortable talking naturally with strangers and representing the company at events.
- Genuinely curious about AI, recruiting, and early startup growth.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English, and able to communicate in English at events.

## Bonus points

- Experience organizing or supporting campus, professional, or community events.
- Familiarity with San Francisco startup or HR Tech circles.
- You already use AI tools in your own workflow.
