## About Metix AI

- Metix AI (formerly OpenJobs AI) is building an end-to-end AI recruiter for global markets. Metix AI runs on five specialized sub-agents and delivers real qualified interviews, not just software features. We've closed a $5.5M seed round and launched on Product Hunt with PH CEO Rajiv Ayyangar as our hunter.
- We're looking for someone to build our on-the-ground presence in the US: showing up at the right events, getting in front of HR leaders and recruiters, and turning those conversations into pipeline.

## What you'll do

- Own event presence: identify, plan, and execute at industry events, meetups, and conferences across San Francisco and beyond, from side events at major conferences to intimate dinners with TA leaders.
- Build community: get into the rooms where our buyers spend time, build genuine relationships, and represent Metix AI as a credible voice in HR Tech.
- Generate and qualify pipeline: turn event conversations and community relationships into real leads, then work closely with sales on handoff and follow-through.
- Feed insights back: be the ears on the ground and bring back what the market is saying about AI recruiting, who the real buyers are, and what messaging actually lands.

## Who you are

- Based in San Francisco or able to be there regularly.
- 1 to 7 years of experience in GTM, field marketing, growth, or a similar role.
- You've done the work yourself: sourcing events, working a room, following up, not just managing people who do it.
- Comfortable being the only person in the room representing your company.
- Genuinely curious about AI and the future of recruiting; you can talk about it credibly without reading from a script.

- You're more comfortable behind a desk than at an event.
- You're looking for a clearly defined playbook on day one.
