## About the role

- This internship is about helping the team build the foundation of GTM: research, tool operations, and outreach support. The work is not always glamorous, but you will see how an early AI company's growth engine is actually built.

## What you'll do

- ICP research: find companies and contacts that match our target customer profile and organize them into usable lists.
- GTM tool operations: use tools such as Clay and Apollo for data enrichment, cleaning, and sequence setup.
- Outreach email drafts: write personalized English outreach drafts based on templates and target customer context, with full-time team members reviewing and improving them.
- Data organization and tracking: maintain CRM data and follow-up status across channels so leads do not fall through the cracks.

## Who you are

- Current undergraduate or graduate student. Major does not matter. Able to commit at least 4 days per week.
- English is strong enough to read customer materials and write basic outreach emails.
- Genuinely curious about AI and B2B SaaS. You know what GTM means and why it matters.
- Detail-oriented and execution-minded. You do not pad research with low-quality information.
- Willing to use AI tools for efficiency, while knowing that tools are means, not answers.

## Bonus points

- Experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- B2B research, sales support, or operations internship experience.
- English strong enough to communicate directly with customers.
- Overseas study or living experience.
